REFUND POLICY

Refund Eligibility & Reimbursement
Requests for refund are accepted up to 14 days from date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. If the item can be easily repaired by the purchaser - refund requests will not be approved.

A refund is provided as a credit toward a future purchase only.

Refund Processing
To begin the refund process, please email DeesBlings0528@gmail.com, with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Explain the reason for the refund request, and include a photo of the item and proof of purchase from DeesBlings. If there was damage or defect to the item when you received it, photograph the affected area. We will reply with instructions for returning the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item, as well as whether your refund is approved or rejected.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not reimburse for any shipping fees or shipping insurance.

Refund Approval
If your refund is approved, the email will include a code to use toward a future purchase from DeesBlings. The refund amount will include the full cost of the item plus applicable taxes (if applicable) or processing fee (if applicable). If the item was the only product in the order, the full shipping cost will be included in your refund. If there were other products with the returned item when shipped, you will receive $1.25 refund towards shipping. If the order from the item was "FREE" shipping - there will be no 'shipping' credited towards the refund.

If, when applying your credit to a future order, your new item is shipped alone, we will incur the cost of shipping. If the new item is combined with other items, you will pay the standard shipping rate for your order.

If an approved refund was requested for any other reason, you will be responsible for shipping when applying your credit to a future order.

Refund Rejection
If your refund is rejected, you will be responsible for shipping costs for DeesBlings to mail the item back to you. Reasons for rejection include, but are not limited to:
• damage from wear-and-tear due to usage
• damage from discoloration or stains caused by liquids
• damage from cleaning products
• damage from odor, including tobacco
